At Jetking we believe in quality education. The delivery of our education is of the highest standards. In order to achieve standard delivery, we train and upgrade our faculties under the supervision of the head office. We have more than 1000 faculties across India, including company and franchise learning centers. Every Faculty has to Clear FCT (Faculty Certified Test) and FAT (Faculty Assessment Test) conducted by the head office. Every faculty goes through this assessments further to which are appointed to train our students. Faculties have to upgrade by attending the technical training which is provided by Head-office half-yearly.
The faculty is also skilled at Smartech Training. Smartech is an adaptation of the ‘Creative Training Technique’ by Robert Pike to make the technical training at Jetking fun, faster and easier. Smartech empowers the faculty to provide alternate explanations, demonstrate skills and procedures, and use activities requiring student participation. Rather than providing training in the traditional way, faculties become actively involved with the teaching and students are also actively involved in learning.
