Jetking Support To Business Partners

Startup Kit and Induction Program: The start up kit includes all set up and infrastructure guidelines along with the Start Up manual which extensively covers guidelines and system and process that have to be followed in order establish a fully active Jetking Learning Center.

HR Training and Induction Program: Once the center is fully functional, our team delivers a Human Resources and Induction program which gives our partners insight on how to hire talented people. After the HR training staff is encouraged to attend a induction program which gives deeper insight on operating a center and the philosophy Jetking follows.

Business Management Training: Franchisee's are invited for a business management training with the top management of the company. This training includes management skills, systems and processes

Marketing and Advertising Support: With our dedicated Franchise Support Team, we insure our partners get 100 % percent marketing and advertising support. The communication and strategy of the year is mapped out in the beginning of the year. Business partners are part of the national advertising and are given on ground support for their local marketing.

Sales Training: Our counselors are more like career advisors when it comes to counseling students. In order to keep our competitive edge there is a sales training executed once every year for our counselors to understand the strategy and positioning of the product
